University of Houston – Science Research Building

BEAM Professionals and the PBK team have been working with the University of Houston for several years on its Science Research Building 1 for several years. BEAM and PBK have successfully developed a solution which would complement the surrounding UH buildings as well as maintain the historical assets of the Science Research Building-1. The project scope of work is a full re-skin of the entire 7-story building which includes detailed architectural components, curtain wall windows, and stained-glass components. This project has since been accepted and currently construction documents are being completed and finalized. Once the project kicks off, PBK architects will be running construction administration on this 7-story building.
