Vintage Hall Roof Replacement

St. Helena High School’s original building, Vintage Hall, was constructed in the early 1900s. The building was modernized in 2000 with new seismic upgrades causing the school to remove and replace the original slate tile roof. BEAM Professionals provided roof assessment services to find that the original slate roof cleaves were delaminating and sliding from the building to ground below. BEAM provided design and construction administration services to remove the original slate roof tiles and install a new costume composite shingle tile that will be safer for the High School campus and preserve the school’s historical building status.
