UMHB Curtis Mansion Building Envelope Repair

BEAM Professionals provided comprehensive roof and building envelope design services. The scope of work consisted of an exterior restoration including the removal, repair and/or replacement of the following: existing tile roof and underlayment, built-in gutters and downspouts, wood trim at cornices and roof overhangs, wood window and door frames and components, cleaning of the brick veneer and re-pointing cracked mortar joints and building sealants. Since this was a historical site, BEAM also coordinated with the Texas Historical Commission during the project to ensure all requirements were met.
