Stults Road Elementary School

The BEAM Professionals team designed the roof replacement at the areas identified and compiled the construction documents for the Stults Road Elementary School. The scope of consisted of removal of the existing gravel from roof and installed a new tapered EPS insulation and light weight insulating concrete. From there, the new Modified Bitumen “Cool Roof” system with associated sheet metal flashing and trim was installed. During the construction phase, the BEAM team conducted weekly site observations. At project close out the BEAM team performed the final punch list and obtained all necessary warranties to complete the close out phase of the project.
