Science Research Building 1 - Exterior Facade Repairs
PBK Architects & BEAM Professionals have been working with the University of Houston for several years on the design and constructability of its Science Research Building 1. BEAM has successfully completed a design which would compliment the surrounding University of Houston buildings as well as maintain the historical assets of the Science Research Building-1. The project scope of work is a re-skin of the entire 7-story building which includes detailed architectural components, curtain wall windows, and stained glass components. The design has since been accepted and currently, construction documents are being completed and finalized. Once the project kicks off, the PBK Architect team will be running construction administration.
