Vice President and Director of Operations
Gary Gilmore, Vice President of Operations at BEAM Professionals, oversees the execution of building envelope assessments, design, contract document review, quality assurance observations, and field performance testing services from the Dallas, TX office. In his role, Gary manages a range of operational responsibilities, ensuring that all aspects of building envelope projects are completed to the highest standards.
With extensive experience working alongside Owners, Architects, General Contractors, and trade contractors, Gary assists in the selection and installation of roofing and façade systems tailored to specific project needs. His expertise includes navigating building code requirements, energy code requirements, building types, occupancy considerations, and cost constraints.
Gary’s background includes hands-on experience in the field installation of roofing and cladding systems, gained through his early career with contractors and manufacturer representatives. He is a long-term member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) and is currently serving a three-year term on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of IIBEC.
Gary has authored articles published in IIBEC’s Interface magazine, with two articles in November 2021 and July 2022, and two more currently in preparation for future editions.
