Tamara Higgins
Vice President of Operations
Tamara Higgins is the Vice President of Operations for BEAM Professionals, PBK’s building envelope consulting division. She began her career with 10 years in manufacturing, focusing on operations and engineering, and has since spent the past 25 years in the construction industry, including extensive experience in glass and glazing. She also owned and operated a subcontracting business specializing in exterior wall panel systems.
Tamara has been a leader in design-assist for building enclosure systems across a wide range of market sectors, supporting both commercial new construction and existing building projects. Her expertise includes sustainability solutions, Building Enclosure Commissioning, technical plan and specification reviews, new construction consulting, forensic investigations, historic building renovations, and property condition assessments. She is known for developing innovative, practical solutions and for seamlessly integrating with project teams to deliver complex building envelope systems, with her work represented on buildings nationwide.
