BEAM Professionals Field Technician, Jose Vaz has over 35 years of professional experience providing roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope services. Jose’s expertise in Quality Assurance roofing inspections includes commercial and industrial properties, one-of-a-kind roof designs, and multiple roofing systems. Jose will be the point of contact for the project’s construction phase for all correspondence related to contractor questions and construction documentation. In addition, he is responsible for identifying any problems in the field and alerting the project team to find a resolution to meet the project’s needs and outcome.
