James Writt

James graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Construction Science and shortly thereafter dedicated himself to service as a United States Navy Seabee earning a distinguished Honor Graduate from Naval Facilities Command, Naval Advanced Inspector School located at Naval Construction Training Center, Port Hueneme, California. His remarkable service includes multiple combat deployments performing building construction in the Balkans, Western Asia, and Southeast Asia. James is versed in a wide range of construction projects and building systems as a Project Engineer, Crew Leader, MEP Coordinator, Structural Inspector, and Senior Construction Services Manager. His building project experience includes K-12, airport transportation, sporting venues, commercial, medical, strategic military, and industrial projects. In his current role as Senior Construction Services Manager, James is principally engaged in field services, building assessments, conducting OAC Meeting, Pre-installation Meetings, design reviews, report writing, assisting in pre-proposal investigations, and pre-bid process. I’m motivated by the responsibility entrusted to me yielding a superior, properly performing building with an enduring legacy.
