Gustavo Valadez joined BEAM in June 2024 as a Field Technician bringing strong field expertise and a sharp focus on quality and communication. Known for his hands-on approach and clear, in-person collaboration style, Gustavo is passionate about getting the job done safely, efficiently, and with precision.
In his role, Gustavo is focused on learning the ropes of BEAM’s operations and ensuring every project runs smoothly from the field. His short-term goals include mastering internal processes, while his long-term vision is centered on earning key certifications and supporting the team in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, Gustavo enjoys hunting, fishing, and lifting weights—and keeps his focus sharp with a good schedule and strong coffee. A fan of Interstellar and The Big Bang Theory, his favorite quote is:
