Griselda Garcia

Griselda is responsible for leading all project administration and coordination duties in the North Central Texas region. The Facility Consulting Group’s client business spans across eighteen PBK offices, and four states, and contains clientele from K-12, higher education, healthcare, government, religious, private, and corporate industries. Griselda serves as the Special Projects Manager for BEAM Professionals where she manages projects, requests, and presentations, while also acting as a secondary contact for external offices. She also assists with building envelope, roofing, assessment, and consulting projects while maintaining professional relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and/or manufacturers. Her responsibilities include all official project documentation such as contracts, payment applications, and other AIA documents as well as a resource for presentations and marketing material.
