Griselda Garcia, Director of Administration at BEAM Professionals, spearheads all project administration and coordination duties across the North Central Texas region. She manages the Facility Consulting Group’s client business, which spans 18 PBK offices in four states and includes a diverse range of sectors such as K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, government, religious institutions, and corporate entities.
In her role, Griselda is responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of project management, including the preparation and management of official project documentation, such as contracts, payment applications, and AIA documents. She plays a crucial role in coordinating project requests, presentations, and communications, ensuring that all administrative processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
Griselda also serves as a key liaison between BEAM Professionals and external offices, handling project-related inquiries and maintaining professional relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and manufacturers. Her focus includes streamlining administrative workflows, enhancing project documentation accuracy, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the administration team.
