Edward’s experience in the Roofing industry has included investigation and evaluation of various existing roof assemblies, design of new and replacement roof systems, project site management, and quality control. His experience as a Construction Administrator Manager allows him to incorporate an in-depth knowledge of the major roof assemblies installed in the roofing industry. Edward’s involvement in projects includes surveying and evaluations using nondestructive techniques for identification of moisture infiltration: asset management using state of the art asset management and database software. Construction projects involve a wide variety of specialized circumstances including specification writing, construction cost estimating, value engineering, onsite project management and quality control.
