Alfredo Velasquez

BEAM Professionals Architectural Drafter, Alfredo is skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and CREO. He supports the Southern California BEAM team by compiling and reviewing drawings for PBK architects and BEAM project managers. He is a fast learner and can quickly and accurately draft projects. As an architectural drafter, Alfredo is involved in the schematic and design development phase and through the construction document phase of each project. In addition, he assists the project team during the bidding phase with any addenda that may be released.
