Alexzander Story

Alexzander Story, BEAM Professionals Project Manager has four years of experience in building sciences, building envelope, waterproofing, and curtain wall systems. Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Architectural Engineering. His background in construction and drafting has led to the design of envelopes that are efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective. Alex works side by side architects, engineers, and contractors, his career has ranged from commercial high-rise buildings to residential homes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. When required, he has performed ASTM testing including, and not limited to, coring reports, sealant pull tests, curtain wall tests, and whole building air barrier tests. Additionally, he has performed Exterior Façade and Exterior Elevated Element inspections followed by detail reporting of repairment areas including recommendation and considerations for constructability. As a project manager for BEAM, his passion for architectural design and building science has allowed him to make a significant impact on the construction industry and is highly regarded for his innovation and attention to detail.
