Repair and replacement of the Cerritos Senior Center roof while preserving the design intent and integrity of the facility. BEAM will inspect and assess all existing roofing to provide scope of work for the repair and replacement of roof. In addition, BEAM will also conduct a nondestructive survey of the sub-surface moisture and analyze the roof core to determine the condition of the roof and underlayment.
