Jason Gover is a dedicated, licensed architect in Washington with over 20 years of experience in sectors ranging from K-12 and higher education to residential and commercial architecture. As Project Manager at BEAM, Jason is driven by a passion for delivering high-quality projects in the Pacific Northwest, a region where water and moisture management are critical to building success. Jason’s background as a carpenter and job site supervisor gives him a grounded, practical approach to building systems and materials. Long-term, Jason aims to grow BEAM’s Washington presence and ultimately become Director of the Tacoma office.
Outside of work, Jason finds balance through family time, cycling, and DIY projects like boat building, and he’s also known to bring a touch of fun to the team—whether it’s a good laugh, a bass guitar session with his band, or quoting his favorite movies. Driven by BEAM’s values of technical excellence and a commitment to client satisfaction, Jason approaches each project with a focus on quality, believing that architecture’s purpose is to bring clients’ visions to life through thoughtful, resilient design.
