Frederick Barron, II

Frederick brings 10 years of commercial roofing experience through IRCC, OSHA 10, a certified abatement from Environmental Safety Training Association (ESTA). As a roofer, he supervised roofing applications of various types, including cold apply, BUR, SPF Spray foam, single-ply, and coatings using silicon, acrylics, and epoxy. Prior to joining our team, he was an Assistant IOR for per plan per specs in the Elk Grove California area. While performing these observations/ inspections on commercial roofs he gained a client/ contractor relationship that helped streamline the construction process. As a Project Manager for BEAM, he is responsible for the oversight on the project from schematic design to close-out. He has performed facility assessments, leak investigations, core sampling, and testing. Frederick combines his roofing experience and client service skills on projects to build a strong relationship with owners and contractors.
