Ben Burrell

Ben brings in 13 years of project experience with K-12, Hospitals, City and Government buildings. Ben spent 6 years overseeing projects providing quality assurance field inspections and condition assessments for the United States Embassy Facilities world wide. Ben has performed testing services including moisture surveys, water penetration testing, and wind uplift testing, performed quality assurance field inspections during roofing, exterior wall and waterproofing restoration activities, and obtain technical data/information for renovation designs and visual conditions surveys for built-up modified bitumen, single ply, and roofing coatings. As a Project Manager at BEAM Ben works directly with owners to provide them with his knowledge and skills and to help guide the project in the right direction.
