Gaspar Montoya

Gaspar brings more than 20 years of specialized experience in the design and CA Management of educational facilities for both public and private institutions. He started his career in 1984 and is driven by the outcome of a properly designed and installed facility that once completed surpasses our clients’ expectations. Gaspar loves to see his clients’ reactions when they see their new facility come to life. During his career at BEAM and PBK he has overseen millions of squares of roofing and waterproofing. Gaspar observes and oversees all phases of roofing, including performing preinstallation meetings, DAC meetings, and waterproofing installations.
