BEAM Professionals assures the quality of the product will be installed as outlined in the intent of the construction documents. We attend job site meetings and observe installation of the material to ensure that the products will perform correctly over the expected life of the systems.
Our team provides oversight and review all the close out documents once the project is completed. We provide a finale punch list and inspection to make sure all items listed are completed as well as review warranties and make sure any owner’s manuals, attic stock or training of systems are provided at the close of the project.
